When pre-expanding with Auto Eps Batch Pre-expander Machine, the production efficiency per hour is different according to different expansion ratios.

1. Pre-release clear. To remove debris in the cylinder, close the cleaning door and open the air valve and steam valve. Prepare the ingredients and press the delivery button. Set the feeding amount, put the weighing switch in the automatic position, set the counter to the required number of times, confirm the time set for each step, and wait for the signal that the material is full. Turn on the blower and screening machine, set the selection button to automatic, press the preheating button, and after 6 minutes of preheating, the pre-expanding machine will automatically repeat the pre-expanding process according to the set number of pre-expanding times.

2. The pre-release is over. When the last run of the Auto Eps Batch Pre-expander Machine ends and the weight of raw materials left in the hopper is insufficient, turn the switch to semi-automatic and press the button, and the remaining materials will be pre-expanded within 5 seconds shorter than the previous process. This switch is only valid within 50~300s after the previous operation, and it needs to be done manually if it exceeds this range. Stop in the fully automatic mode, and manually clean the barrel to remove the beads left in the pre-hair barrel. Close the main steam and air valves and cut off the power supply.
