Structure Design 

The unique double-door vertical structure has a small footprint and higher plant utilization.
Vertical block machine structure can effectively reduce the moisture content of the finished product.
The machine is welded by high-strength square tubes and steel plates with good strength.
All templates are heat treated to remove stress and prevent deformation.
After heat treatment, all templates are sandblasted and derusted, and sprayed with antirust primer and topcoat, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance and extends the service life 

Processes

The automatic weighing roll-out device can be well connected with the drying tunnel of the drying room, which can realize automatic production and reduce labor costs.
The foam pressure gauge is used for more precise pressure control and better product stability.
Automatic pneumatic feeding and vacuum assistant feeding devices are used for feeding material to mould cavity. 
Advanced EPS penetration heating and orderly molding process for strong thermal penetration ability and good adhesion.
